SHIPPING POLICY
If US (continental) Orders need placed before 11:00am EST and all required credit card information is accurate, the order will go out on the same business day.
US Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the next business day.
Please keep in mind that Monday to Friday are business days but Saturday and Sunday and US Federal Holidays are not business days as specified by UPS.
We ship internationally. Please email at contact@parfumaison.com . Some countries may take up to 4 business days to receive tracking information.
Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, availability of item in our stock. We recommend that you double-check that you have provided us with your correct e-mail address and phone number in case there are problems processing your order or credit card. This will facilitate delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Times:
East coast: Estimated delivery time is three to four business days.
Midwest: Estimated delivery time is four to five business days.
West Coast: Estimated delivery time is five to six business days.
SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE
Orders may require insurance against theft and accidental damage during delivery ($100 and more). Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. You can always contact the carrier’s website to arrange another delivery date on your desired day. If you wave the signature confirmation for your package, Parfumaison will NOT be responsible for any theft and damage
If the package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim as FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail Shipments are insured up to $100.
